• Find pictures on the Internet or from a flash drive and save to a new folder in your home drive 
• Convert .gif images to .jpeg using Preview - Go to File > Export and select jpeg under the Format pull-down menu
• Import all pictures to iPhoto - File > Import to Library - select folder with your pictures - choose Import
• create new album - put all pictures into the new album
• Add all pictures to iMovie -
